    a) Opened Hair Products & Used Hair Products

    • Returns within 30 days: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Products must be in a resealable condition with minimal usage. Excessively used or nearly empty products are not eligible for a refund or return.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

    b) Unused & Unopened Hair Products

    • Products that are unused and in their original, sealed packaging can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged during shipping.

    c) Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
    • Please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the issue.
